Thought you would like that . A real Gem, With ref to Trebah Hard Loading Clips spot L.V.T under cammo net on left side of beach . Thats first record of a sighting in Cornwall of that type of Vehicle! The Clip of 8th Field Hospital Tented Camp was taken at Polwheel, Truro they were stationed there from 7th Dec 43 to 25th April 44. Camp " C " was between Truro to blackwater. Dodge truck turning left , " 2 MP,s 1 US & 1 Brit in middle of road filmed coming from Camp " C " into Truro , behind MP,s is Truro old Grammer School, now a Supermarket. Regards Bob.

Just watched the LVT footage again -- fascinating. And you really see the tremendous logistics that went into the cross-Channel attack. Trebah has changed a bit since then (lot prettier now, especially in the spring), but the landscape is still the same. I plan to contact Limelight and see if I can get a DVD. Any other little gems in your vault? Also, it would be nice to try to get this forum up and running again. Any thoughts on that? Best -- Gordon
